8 ounces goat cheese
¼ cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon honey (add 1 teaspoon additional honey, if desired)
In a medium-size bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until thoroughly mixed. For a slightly thicker consistency, whip all ingredients together using an eggbeater to desired thickness.
