Boulder County’s businesspeople have created a vibrant economy in our community. But some also help the community that’s helped their businesses grow. The Boulder County Business Hall of Fame recognizes people in the business world who are helping the local business scene evolve with vision and integrity.
At its 25th Annual Induction Luncheon, the Hall of Fame honored the Wood family of Gold Key Travel; Tom Robichaud of Precision Plumbing, Heating & Electric; Rick Sterling of the Sterling Rice Group; Jeff Nading of Golden Triangle Construction; Brad and Lisa Golter of Longmont Florists; and Jon Kottke of Kottke and Brantz law firm. All of the honorees distinguished themselves not only with hard work, but also by giving back to the community through volunteer work and generous charitable donations.
In addition to honoring these dedicated business stars, the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame offers scholarships to the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business for local high-school students. Congratulations to the 2017 recipients: Patrick Derr, Alexa Lavine, Madison Marten, Robin Silk and Devon Steiner. We’ll look for you at future Hall of Fame inductions after you take the business world by storm!
