That’s why brews flowed freely during a “tap takeover” Aug. 18 at Boulder’s Under the Sun Eatery and Pizzeria. The south-Boulder establishment teamed up with Denver’s Renegade Brewing Company, which “took over” eight of the restaurant’s 30 beer taps for its Tap4Tap program.
